I'm working on the chain rul problems on page 97, and I'm having difficulties when there is a negative exponent, for some reason I just dont get it. There is no solution in the back for even numbered problems, so maybe you can help and let me know if this is correct or not \[y = \frac{x-2}{(3x+5)^3}\] I get that \[y' = \frac{-6x+23}{(3x+5)^4}\] I really have no idea whether it is correct or not, but if it is not, then I can show my calculation and maybe someone can point at what I'm doing wrong

really! - cool, thank you. For some reason I find the product + chain rule with a negative exponent difficult. Guess it is just a matter of practice practice practice.
