oh sorry well in general the fact that a+x=a+y leads to x=y by subtracting a from both sides is the subtraction property of equality (Rule: You can always subtract the same thing from the left and right) let \(a=(AG)^2,x=(GK)^2,y=(FI)^2\)and you can see we are applying this rule
