OMG! @ParthKohli you are actually the best! you're like a hero coming to the rescue! thanks for coming again! so so sorry to bug you yet again! But I am sooo lost! :(

Parth (parthkohli):

Hmm I see that it is Option D.

Parth (parthkohli):

For the first term, we have 1 right, and i = 1, so we'll raise 1/3 to the power 1-1 = 0. That'll bring 1.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh thanks! so the answer is option d then @ParthKohli ??

Parth (parthkohli):

Same applies to i = 2

Parth (parthkohli):

Yes.

Yay thank you soooo sooo much!! :) When you are going to go offline, can you please message me to let me know?? I hope it's not going to be soon though! ;P Thank you for helping me!!! :D

Parth (parthkohli):

If we see the 2nd one, we'll raise 1/3 to (2 - 1) power, i.e 1st power

Parth (parthkohli):

I'm not sure about the time

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay, thanks so much @ParthKohli i'll be posting another one soon so if you are not busy, i'd really appreciate your help! :)

Parth (parthkohli):

hmm sure
