Which of the following characteristics are NOT found in gymnosperms? A. Cone structures B. Exposed gametophytes C. Flowers D. Scale-like seeds
Hint: what are Angiosperms? What makes them different from Gymnosperms?
I can really say i have no idea. :(
Ok... do you know what gymnosperms are?
they are group of seed producing plants
They do produce seeds, but they're not the only group of seed-producing plants. A gymnosperm that you might be familiar with is the pine tree. There is, however, another, much larger group of seed plants.
i still dont fallow
There are two big groups of seed-producing plants: gymnosperms and angiosperms. Gymnosperms are plants like pines, spruces, ginkgoes, etc. The angiosperm group is MUCH bigger and is characterised by a few very important features, one of which is mentioned in the question that you posted.
ok
im still so very confused
Maybe just look up Angiosperms and Gymnosperms on Wikipedia or in your textbook...
i dont have a text book and i have looked at the wiki l8 time now
The first sentence of the Angiosperm article should tell you all you need to know.
thanks
