Define function and it's types?

Not sure what you mean exactly, but a function is a mapping from a set of inputs to a set of outputs such that for each input there is only one output.

I mean functions like one to one function inverse function and others.

Ah. Gotcha. A function is one-to-one if for every output there is only one input. This property is also referred to as "injective." A function is onto if every possible output is hit by some input. This property is also referred to as "surjective." If a function is both of those, one-to-one and onto, it is called bijective. If a function is injective, then it has an inverse.
