Going by process of elimination, the slopes of AC and DE should be 0 because they will ultimately be parallel to each other; they are not parallel by construction, because the segment is a result of connecting two midpoints; you can always construct the midpoint of a segment using a compass and straightedge. My guess would be the first one *might* be incorrect because the proof of the Midpoint Formula might rely on the result she's trying to prove, but I haven't come across the proof before, so I'm not sure.
