OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

i just need someone to tell me if my logic is right for calling \((x^2+y^2)exp(\frac{2x}{y}) + 4xy\) a homogeneous function. here goes... \[[(\lambda x)^2 + (\lambda y)^2]e^{2\lambda x/\lambda y} + 4 (\lambda x \lambda y)\] \[\lambda ^2 (x^2+y^2)exp(2x/y) + 4\lambda^2 xy\] \[\lambda^2 [(x^2 + y^2)exp(2x/y) + 4xy]\]

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

so it is homo with degree 2

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):
