Generally speaking, an object with rotational symmetry is an object that looks the same after a certain amount of rotation ... So is it an object that look the same after a certain amount of rotation? And, remember, it says "and/or", so it could be both.

yeah i know it has two lines of symmetry, but i am not sure the rotational symmetry.
