Gog another one! Do I need an ie, or a "such as" to go in the parenthesis with the RN that I'm using as an example? These students have their reasons for staying faithful to the traditional colleges, some of these reasons are because some traditional colleges play an important role in their communities, some degrees are not obtainable online (RN),
there thats better
I think it would sound better if you added a (such as)
some degrees are not available online ie... that doesnt go as well as such as
just add it the parenthesis like this? (such as an RN)
I would agree with Ashley. Stylistically, you might want to consider alternate wording for traditional colleges. It comes up twice quickly.
I would add the such as into the sentence and drop the parenthesis.
Yes because if you said ie an RN, it wouldnt really make sense because it just doesnt fit into the sentence like such as does.
thanks but im good on the traditional colleges im actually using brick-and mortar : )
No parenthesis
ok not using the ie. using such as with no parenthesis good?
Yes
The parenthesis kind of just mess up the sentence, so it would be better without them.
ok great thank you!
