Okay same thing again! y = 4^x + 3 similar graph, but for 4^x, and shifted up '3' units, (that is asymptote at y=3)

ohkay just draw y=4^x for me once. you know exponential curves alright to do this. just show values of y at x=0 and x=1 in the graph.
