For the given equation lists the intercepts and test for symmetry y=-3x/x^2 + 64

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To find the y-intercepts, you set y=0 and solve for y. To find the x-intercepts, you set y=0 and solve for x.

ok, i said that wrong...

There are at least two possible kinds of symmetry to test for... if you replace all the x's in the equation with -x and you get the same equation... then the equation is symmetric with respect to the y-axis (or the equation is _even_) if you do the same thing (the replacing) and you get that y is the negative of what it was originally... then the equation is symmetric with respect to the origin (or you can say the equation is _odd_)
