may I ask you why are you going to measure a temperature in range 0-50 °C with a thermocouple ?

out for anything like we measure body temp using electonic thermometer similarly i have some innovative model in my mind so i need max ouput of any thermocouple in this range from say 0 to 100'c apart from books if someone have practical knowledge then please tell me.

I was asking because I used thermocouples in the past for a few projects, but really I had to, because temperatures to be measured were much higher. Usually in the temperature range you are interested to there are many other and easier alternatives to thermocouples :-)
By the way you may find you answer on any commercial site for sensors

nick67 is right, it would be much easier and cheaper to just use a thermistor, that is a resistor which resistance is a strong function of the temperature (see wiki for thermistor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermistor) which then can easily be used to measure temperatures in that range, for example using an Arduino board: http://arduino.cc/playground/ComponentLib/Thermistor
