HELP :)What forces determine the 3-D structure of proteins?

I am really not sure. But there should be some kind of bonding that happens not in the secondary structure but in the tertiary structure, which is the 3D determining structure. If you mean bonding force by that.
As Medicine2011 implied, you need to look at the bonds between different parts of the protein. There is another force, however... and it has to do with water. Can you guess what it might be?
Electrostatic interactions, hydrogen bonds, Van der Walls forces -- all of which are brought about by the amino acid sequence of the protein
I think ((naf)) is right + the chemical bond of sulfur (S-S) - hydrogen (H-H) witch can be changed by changing pH or Temperature ...
