The graph of a system of linear equations results in 2 intersecting lines. Which of the following is true about this graph?

OpenStudy (phi):

their slopes are different

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but on the answer it doesnt say there different.

OpenStudy (phi):

without the list of options, it's hard to pick the correct one.

~The system has 1 solution ~ The system has no solutions. ~ The system has infinite solutions ~Not enough information

OpenStudy (phi):

system of linear equations that means each equation can be graphed as a line anywhere on the line is a "solution pair" (x,y) if you have two equations (2 lines) and the line meet, then the (x,y) of the intersection is on both lines. that means the same (x,y) pair satisfies both equations. Does that sound like no solution,or 1 solution ? if 2 lines cross somewheres, do you think they cross somewhere else an infinite number of times? (hint: they only meet in one place)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so its has 1 solution
