Multiply -4/5*-20

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

\[\huge -\frac{4}{5} \times -20\] so what's the problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my question is.. would i put the neg 20 and put it over a one or vise versa to solve the problem

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

you put it on the top \[\huge \frac ab \times c \implies \frac{a \times c}{b}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is -20 in denominator??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm not sure.. i hate fraction problems have always had problems with them thats why i'm asking for help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If -20 is in the numerator then multiply -20 with -4 and tell me what you get after multiplying them..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i got 16/1 making the final answer 16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes you are right..

OpenStudy (anonymous):
