i guessed x^2+y^2=100? but idk for sure

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^2 + y^2 = 5^2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its not the diameter that you square, its the radius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^2+y^2=5^2

@pitachip & @Diogo thanks can you guys explain what i did wrong.. thanks again

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you did x^2+y^2=10^2 instead of 5^2. The formula of a circle in cartesian coordinates is: (x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2 where H is the horizontal distance to 0 and K is the vertical distance to 0. R stands for radius. wich is = 5

@Diogo thanyou so much!!! i understand now!

*thankyou
