find the value of c that makes each trinomial a perfect square. then write the trinomial as a perfect square. x^2-(8/3)x+c

OpenStudy (cherylim23):

(x - 4/3)^2 - (4/3)^2 + c (x - 4/3)^2 - 16/9 + c Don't really get if there's any restriction on the question, but from here, c could be anything so that you can get a perfect square. The most obvious choice would be 16/9, so that the trinomial becomes (x-4/3)^2

that works great...thanks so much for your help!
