You might want to take a look at "Basic Training in Mathematics: A Fitness Program for Science Students" by Ramamurti Shankar.

You can't use youtube.. but can you download videos from archive.org? or iTunesU, MIT OCW Scholar upload their videos there, and you can download the exercise too

there are a lot of such places/textbooks on inet, but to be more productive you should consider for what discipline you need mathematics. for example, if your purpose is computer science(CS), then its must to learn combined course "Mathematics for CS" which consists of Boolean Algebra Discrete Math & Combinatorics Graph Theory Number Theory
Probability Set Theory, then comes linear algebra, Optimization Methods, Mat. Logic, Neural Networks, Numeric Methods. for physics its better to concentrate on calculus(single & multi variable), differential equations, liner algebra.
So firstly define what is your purpose to learn mathematics, then find those courses in MIT OpenCoursware, find what book they use and download them from
bookfi.org, mirknig.com (I was able to find more than 80% of books mentioned in MIT courses from this sites ). Also lecture video from MIT OCW can help( http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm)
