Recall the definition of co-planar, it basically means lying in the same plane. Thus, if three points are collinear, then they are coplanar. If they are coplanar, this does NOT imply that they are collinear. Your best shot would be something that forms a triangle, like, (0,0,0), (1,0,0), (0,2,0)
