Hey guys I need some help with a project. I want to start doing some do it yourself projects that I have seen online but I need help with a list of materials and the best websites where I can find everything for cheap. I'm doing simple electronic projects.
I know I need a soldering iron a bread board
Radio Shack has both of those items and although their prices won't compete with online prices...there's at least no shipping costs.
They also usually carry a few electronics books with lots of little projects which can be fun. Having said that, I rarely use them since other than that, they don't have a wide selection of actual components.
What would you recommend for a bread board? My school uses one where you connect it to an outlet and we use volts. So basically it has a battery attached already but all the breadboards that I have seen do not have that. Should I just buy a regular one and attach a battery to it?
The only ones I've used I've attached a battery to them myself. This company has a LOT of small component stuff you may need....breadboards too. http://www.alliedelec.com/
If you can't find it there, it will be hard to find anywhere :)
Thanks mate!
No...problem. Have fun!
