OpenStudy (cwrw238):

y is found by pythagoras y^2 = (3sqrt2)^2 + (3sqrt2)^2 = 18 + 18 = 36 so y = sqrt36 = 6

OpenStudy (cwrw238):

from the small triangle (3sqrt2)^2 = 3^2 + x^2 x^2 = 18 - 9 = 9 x = 3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks @cwrw238.. so I have to use Pythagorean Thereom
