Using homogeneous method, how am i going to solve this? (2x-3y)dx + (2y-3x)dy=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ooh DEs :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'm already separating variables, and i guess i'm stuck. help me please. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if not the next video on list might help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can get this into the form of an exact equation by dividing by dx

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then you need an integrating factor.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then i'll be using the method of exact DE instead of the homogeneous?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well an exact equation is always homogeneous, but that's what I would suggest doing there.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but I am sure there are other methods (-: so you might want to wait for other answers.
