If you have the acceleration of an object, how do you find the coefficient of friction that made the object's final velocity 0 m/s ? It says coefficient of friction = -a/g <--- where do that come from? thanks

I think i figured it out. the force of friction in the problem = u mg so then I use F = ma and substitute umg in place of F and solve for u .. correct?
