I can help you. First, let's look at the original sentence, and translate it. "Estas arepas están recién hechas, aquéllas no." It means, "These arepas are recently made, those are not." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We need to select all the choices that apply. But first, we need to know what the choices actually mean. 1. Present Progressive Tense. This is where you're talking about a verb that ends in ING. -Like...."I am SMOKING weed." or....."I am STEALING your entire stash." 2. Regular Possessive Adjectives These are words that show that something belongs to someone. They have a noun attached. -Some examples of this are....MY brownies. YOUR money. HIS crack. 3. Stressed Possessive Adjectives These are words that show that someone owns something. They DO NOT have a noun attached. -Some examples are....MINE....YOURS....HIS....OURS. (In spanish, they would be....mío...tuyo....suyo.....nuestro.) 4. Demonstrative Adjectives These are words that point out a specific noun, using location. They have a noun attached. -Some examples are....THIS dimebag is mine....THAT narc ratted us out...THESE guns are ours....THOSE cops are gonna drop. 5. Demonstrative Pronouns These are like Demonstrative Adjectives, BUT they DO NOT have a noun attached. -Such as...."THIS is good," or "I like THOSE," or "I hate THAT." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, now that we know what all your choices mean, let's select the ones that apply. Let's look at the sentences again, and go through all the choices. "Estas arepas están recién hechas, aquéllas no." "These arepas are recently made, those are not." 1. Is there any Present Progressive? Nope. 2. Is there any Regular Possessive? Nope. 3. Is there any Stressed Possessive? Nope. 4. Is there a Demonstrative Adjective? Yes! "ESTAS AREPAS." (THESE AREPAS) 5. Is there a Demonstrative Pronoun? Yes! "AQUELLAS no." (THOSE are not.)
