what?
KIRCHOFF'S VOLTAGE LAW
KVL stands for Kirchoff's Voltage Law .It states that "the Algebraic sum of voltages around a closed circular loop is Zero "
there are two laws one the 1st law dealing with conservation of charges and the second dealing with cons of energy
1st law.."in a closed circuit, the sum of currents entering a junction is equal to the sum of currents leavin the jun.so at junc 0 ampere'
2nd law..".in any closed part of a closed circuit the ALGEBRAIC sum of products of current and resistance is numerically equal to the ALGEBRAIC sum of emfs in tat circuit'...emf is any voltage source....in this law sign convention is vital meaning u ve to consider direction of current
EXplain more abt signs as how can we know that which would be positive or negatve while solving equatios
in the loop, if u're in the direction of the current in that branch, then V=IR will be -ve. if u're going opposite to the current's direction, then IR will be +ve.
thanks
