A plant grows faster and fuller due to large amounts of fertilizer. If the plant cross-pollinates with another plant later, how will the use of fertilizer on the parent plant affect the plant’s offspring? All of the offspring will be taller than average because the parent plant’s genes were affected. Some of the offspring will be taller than average because some of the alleles were affected. The height of the offspring will not change because the parent’s genes did not change. The height of some of the offspring will be taller if the other parent plant was also fertilized.
is it b
The genes do not actually change, so I doubt there would be any physical change in offspring plants themselves.
so is depent of the offspring
Well it probably will effect the offspring in a similar way as it did the parent but it also depends on how the plant the parent pollinated with reacts to it as wel
Dependent of the offspring? Yes, the fertilization just means that the parent plant is stronger , does not affect offspring.
Oops, didn't see your comment. Well, I'm not entirely sure. You should go with it and maybe research it to see if it would fit.
