Full Employment. This goal is achieved when all available resources (labor, capital, land, and entrepreneurship) are used to produce goods and services. If we can't work where we want or where we are willing to, this goal cannot be achieved.

Candy, you have conflicting answers here, which is often true of economics. I find the question a bit off beat, as we generally say that people looking for work should go whereever the jobs exist, and that is not "where we may please to go". This idea is called "labor mobility" and is necessary for any economy to work efficiently. I would agree that it is not "full employment" as that means that there are few jobs available that are not already filled by someone, so choosing where you would like to work would be difficult. If you had to chose an economic goal, I would say that it is "personal choice" but that is hardly an economic goal. So I remain puzzled by the question. wmw
