HOW DO YOU INCREASE THE SIZE OF THE FONT, WHEN MAKING EQUATIONS?

Parth (parthkohli):

You may insert a \large or \Large or \LARGE or \Huge depending on what size you need. \large may be sufficient enough, since something larger than that counts as spam.

Parth (parthkohli):

Also, check this group out for LaTeX testing and the tips given by users: http://openstudy.com/study?login#/groups/LaTeX%20Practicing!%20%3A)

i dont understand...how u write ?

Parth (parthkohli):

For example, if you want to write 1/8 in a larger font, enter this code: \large \frac{1}{8} Get my point?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\large game\]

Parth (parthkohli):

Yes. Exactly!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\Large Awesome\]

Parth (parthkohli):

\[\Huge \text{Too large} \cal{\text{ to handle}}. \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about the colour. and how do u leave space?

Parth (parthkohli):

Please ask further in LaTeX Practicing Group. You leave space through '~' \color{Crimson}{Bwaha} \[\Longrightarrow \color{Crimson}{bwaha}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\Large\color{Blue}{Now~i~get ~\it!}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol...I learned something new today...I normally use /space or /text based on the context. Now I know a shorter way... :)
