What is the simplified form of 3/2x-5 + 21/8x^2-14x-15?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

factorise both denominators if possible \[\frac{3}{2x - 5)} + \frac{21}{(2x-5)(4x -3)}\] so the 1st fraction needs to be multiplied by (4x -3)/(4x -3) to get the common denominator which will be [3(4x - 3) + 21]/[(2x -5)(4x -3)] you can expand the to get the simplified version

Can you explain it in a little more detail, please
