There wil be dielectric material between in any capacitor, then how the charge is flowing from one capacitor plate to another....?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Actually charge flows through the dielectric material only when a breakdown occurs, that is,the potential difference between the plates is more than the breakdown voltage.

The above is the case of a charged capacitor. If a DC voltage is applied to the capacitors conductive plates which are initially uncharged, a current is unable to flow through the capacitor itself due to the dielectric insulation and an electrical charge builds up on one of the capacitors plates with electrons producing a positive charge on one and an equal and opposite negative charge on the other plate due to induction. No current flows through it.
