because when temperture rises ,then atoms AND particle present in environment began to move fast,so one particle reaches rapidly to other one, and bcz of this rising sound waves also move fast and result is that speed of sound wave rise.

It depends on the material, because the restoring force in the medium that supports the wave is different. In gases, the restoring "force" is just entropy, so it increases at higher temperature, and the speed of sound goes up with temperature. But in solids, the restoring force is the chemical bonds between atoms, and these are weakened at higher temperatures -- so the speed of sound goes down with temperature.
