-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about it? you want a graph?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find all solutions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-2<x≥1 are all solutions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Easy the first one says that anything that is greater than -2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the second one says anything greater than 1 but that equal sign also means that we can include the 1 in our solution

would it be |dw:1344355627560:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or am I looking at it wrong?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You use the bracket when you have that extra line under the greater or lower than sign. For example x≥1 that has an extra line so you use bracket for that -2<x no extra line here so you use parentheses
