Just when I thought I was okay... I'm trying to figure out a way to find an equation that would work for all three plots on the graph. The Graph Will Be In The Comments

use two points, and determine the slope of the line \[m= \frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\] once you have the slope the substitute the slope and a point into the point slope equation \[y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\] then just simplify into either standard or slope intercept form

this is assuming that the 3rd point is on the same line, if its not, then you'll have to find 3 different equations
