Please help! Last Precalc/Trig problem I'm having trouble with :/ Please click attached
i got D not 100% sure of myself tho
Find the values of cos(210) and sin(210)..
i just multiplied the 2 with the values of cos and sin
lol forgot this isnt my question
-.866 and -.5
\[\cos(210) = \cos(180 + 30) = -\cos(30) = -\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}\]
use the unit circle
\[\sin(210) = \sin(180 + 30) \implies - \sin(30) \implies - \frac{1}{2}\]
Now I think you can do.. Just multiply 2 with both of them and you will get it..
sqrt3/4
What do you get when you multiply 2 with : \[2 \times \frac{-\sqrt{3}}{2} = ??\]
Then what is: \[2 \times \frac{-1}{2} = ??\]
Oh got it! D. Thanks guys :)
memorize the unit circle Ilovecharlie its basically mandatory if you wanna pass trig
Ok. I'll take your advice :)
