For this you can use the point slope form and change it to the form you need. point slope form is y-ysub1=m(x-xsub1) xsub1, ysub1 is any point that the line passes through and m is the slope. If a line is perpendicular to another line than the slope is a negative reciprocal of the line it is perpendicular to.
