Write the function as a set of ordered pairs. Give the domain and range of f. f(a)=r, f(b)=t, f(c)=p, f(d)=r

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

when u have F(z)=w this means that the pair (z,w) belongs to the function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh? you lost me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh so, if f(a)=r then the pair would be (a,r) right?

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So how would I find the domain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that would be a for the domain right?

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

the domain is made up by the first component of every ordered pair. since (a,r) is in the function. then a is in the domain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, Now I understand this. Thank you for your help. appreciate it.

OpenStudy (helder_edwin):

u r welcome
