how do you graph -x>y ?

OpenStudy (sasogeek):

draw a graph of -x=y then shade the region of the graph that satisfies -x>y

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

you might find it easier to first rearrange this as: y < -x so as sasogeek suggested, first plot the line y = -x when you draw this line, it should be drawn dotten since the relationship is y < -x then shade in the area below this line which will give you y < -x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah actually that is easier.. thanks

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

yw :)
