\[m*10^3 =km\] so we use this conversion \[ \frac{km}{m*10^3}\] \[1.5*10^{11}m * \frac{km}{m*10^3}= \frac{1.5*10^{11} km}{10^3}= 1.5*10^8km\]

you will need to multiply what you have by 10^9 in order to convert it to nano meters.
