During the time of Victorian Period, haemophilia was circulating in the Royal Family. Haemophilia first came from Queen Victoria herself, then passed it down to her children. Then, since that time, the royal family are only allowed to marry members of the royal family as well, the illness circulated in the various links of the royal family. does that help?
