Therefore a victorious army first wins and then seeks battle; a defeated army first battles and then seeks victory. *how can you utilize this quote in your life? any ideas please help
How i interpreted this quote is that you can't just do something without knowing what you're doing. First you gotta learn how to do something, then you can actually do it. If you just take the risk and do it, you might fail and then that failure will make you go back and learn how to fix your failure.
When you fail, you should NOT give up. You should keep striving until you succeed. You cannot let simple hindrances and obstacles bring you down. As long as there is one brave soldier in the army, the nation can win the war. All it takes is one knight.
Also, if you succeed, you should not be overconfident. You cannot challenge every fight. A warrior picks his battles. You must choose wisely the path you take, and think things through. For if you blindly go to war, you are bound to only lose. A war is never won without strategy.
i love speaking in metaphors lol
is this how i can utilize it in my life?
that's how *your* quote is translated...however the original quote has a different meaning lol
the original quote is "Therefore a victorious army first conditions to win and then seeks battle; a defeated army first battles then conditions for victory" see the difference?
in the original quote, it's all about strategy. You should prepare before you fight. That is the only way you can win. Pick your battles. Think your strategies thoroughly
But in the quote you wrote, the main topic is about the loser attempting victory
so which one is it?
loser attempting victory thank you so much i was confused by both meanings
ahh well.. just to be on the safe side. a translation would be... to win, you must plan. But if you lose, you get up, plan then fight again
yea that exactly wat i put jeje thank you
welcome
