Well, according to Feynman's QED, photons are the carrier of the electromagnetic interaction — and they are massless.

I know nothing of Zhuopeng Xian and his theories!

this is a point...but i went through too many theories that has been published recently and most of them states ..photon is a matter....i guess i have to read it more..by the way thanks for your consideration...
