3/7+3/7

In order to add fractions, you can disregard the denominator if they are the same. One only needs to add the numerator, and the numerators can be brought under the same denominator since there are the same. So: 3/7+3/7 = (3+3)/7

How do I change a mix number into a wrong fraction?? I forgot the name for it lol

improper fraction* It's quite simple, really. I'll give you an example: 3 and 1/3. What you do is multiply the 3 by the denominator and add the numerator, like this: 3*3 + 1. You get 10, and so the answer is 10/3. The reason this works is because the 3 is just short for 3/1. In order for 3 to get the same denominator, /3, as the 1/3, one has to multiply the 3 by 3/3 (equivalent to 1). the 3/1 then becomes 9/3, and then you just add 1/3 to get 10/3.
