if f(x)=3x+4, g (x)= 2x-3 how will you find it . Plz help

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

find what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

find (f+g)(x) also find its domain

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

(f+g)(x) is just f(x) + g(x) so it will be (3x + 4) + (2x - 3) if you simplify this... 3x + 4 + 2x - 3 combine like terms 5x + 1 does that help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohhh got it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how will u find its domain?

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

do you see an x in the denominator?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes x is left

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

in 5x + 1... is there an x on the DENOMINATOR?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no but I can see (x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5x+1(x)

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

how did a (x) get there?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(f+g)(x).. we found 5x+1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but (x) is there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Am I right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh I got t. So how will find the domain of it?
