Plants take up carbon dioxide from the air and nutrients from the soil. This is an example of interactions between the geosphere, cryosphere, and atmosphere biosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere atmosphere, hydrosphere, and geosphere cryosphere, atmosphere, and hydrosphere

Either the second or third but I am leaning towards the third option because the CO2 starts in the atmosphere, nutrients can be found in the hydrosphere (water), and the geosphere (the plant) is where the minerals are stored. Of course you could look at it as the plant being located in the biosphere and then taking CO2 from the atmosphere.
