The first question, you need to use the approximation for falling bodies without initial velocity. The distance fallen is given by s(t)=16t^2(feet)=4.9t^2(meters). Plug in for the given t, and it shouldn't be too hard to find the answer.
For the second question, use the relationship v(t)=gt=32t(ft/sec)=9.8t(m/sec). This is just a substitution using the given t and a calculator problem.
Note that the author of the problem might expect the velocity to be negative (downward motion).
For the third problem, multiply the answer for problem one above by 1.5 and put it into the RHS (right hand side) of the formula in my answer for problem one above. From there, solve for t.
