Hi, I was wondering, what's the actual difference between DNA and RNA?

OpenStudy (blues):

At its most basic, DNA has for its sugar base deoxyribose whereas RNA has for its sugar base ribose. And whereas DNA contains thymine, RNA contains uracil. Those two simple differences are easily stated but they have some fairly profound effects on the structural (and hence functional) properties of DNA and RNA. Like the set or "search space" of conformations the molecules are able to assume. Are you interested in a discussion of those?

I'm fine thanks, Great explanation by the way :)
