Those are a little hard to read, but here's the general procedure: Divide up the X axis into the separate domains. e.g. for #2, the three zones are x<1, from -1 to 1 and x>1. Take the first function, y=-x and graph it like you would normally, but only include the part that lives in the x<1 zone on your graph.
