My textbook doesn't explain sines or cosines at all. It barely touches on tangents. Please, please, please help me if you can!! Complete the following list: sin A=a/c, sin B=? cos A=?,cos B=?, a^2+b^2=? tan A=? and tan B=? Diagram in the comments.

the sine of an angle just means the side opposite the angle divided by the hypotenuse \[\sin \theta =\frac{ opposite }{ hypotenuse }\]

the cosine of an angle just means the side adjacent the angle divided by the hypotenuse \[\cos \theta=\frac{ adjacent }{ hypotenuse }\]

the tangent of an angle just means the side opposite the angle divided by the side adjacent the angle \[\tan \theta=\frac{ opposite }{adjacent }\]
