zeroes that follow after (right of) the decimal point are considered significant.

This was the trick i was talking about, when there is only 0's after a digit and nothing else the first digit is the significant one.

acually this would be 3 because the 0 before the 2 makes the 2 in the place that it is in. That makes the 0 significant
