justify whether or not the polygon with the following vertices could be a right triangle. if so what which one would be the right angle. A(-2,9) B(3,5) C(2,14) I don't understand this at all help ?

there are 3 vertices, so a triangle, you can roughly plot the points to see which might be the right angle. Then calculate the lengths of the sides using the formula above and check if Pythagorus works or not.
